This page describes what this site does with your files and your data today. It is written to match the implementation, not a template.

Your audio and video

Your file is decoded in your browser with the Web Audio API. The original file is never uploaded and is not stored on our servers. Only 16 kHz mono WAV slices (300 seconds each, or the first 2 minutes for a preview) are uploaded for recognition.

What is stored

• The recognised text and word timings of each slice, keyed to a random job id, so the page can assemble the transcript and the subtitle files after payment.
• A payment flag and the payment reference for that job, once the payment partner confirms it.
• The email address you enter at checkout, which is passed to the payment partner for the receipt.

Nothing is kept for advertising. One analytics script (Google Analytics 4) counts page views and which page you arrived on; it is not given your audio, your transcript or the text of your file.

Third parties

Transcription runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Both receive only what they need: audio slices, or payment details.

Your choices

You can use the free preview without giving any personal data. If you want a job's text removed, reply to the receipt email with the job id shown in the page URL.
